Mix the lemon juice, melted butter, olive oil, crushed garlic, granulated onion, ground mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Put the chicken in a gallon-sized bag with the mixed marinade. Place in fridge and allow to marinate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F). While the oven preheats, take the chicken out of the fridge to rest.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes or until the edges start to crisp.
